I'm Anna Korol, and I've spent over a decade in the startup world — as a serial founder, as a product leader inside VC-backed startups, and as the person founders call when the roadmap stops making sense. I've built products from zero, pitched investors, and scaled teams through the awkward middle where process either saves you or sinks you.
That's also what I do for other founders now: founder consulting — roadmap prioritisation, product-market-fit diagnostics, and the honest conversation about what to stop building. Ten years of pattern recognition, applied to your specific mess.
